Collection used to store inbound/outbound email docs.

UI & Branding

Writes to appsations-webapp-branding/{brandingDocId} in appsitedb. The CRM app reads this at runtime for logo, CSS, and app name.

Loads from crm_settings/{settingsDocId} in the selected Firebase project.

App Name

Replaces "AppSite CRM" across all pages for this tenant.

Official Site URL

Links the AI/tools nav button to this URL instead.

Logo

SVG recommended. Stored as a base64 data URI in Firestore — no Storage required.

Theme CSS

Injected after the base style.css so it cascades on top.

Deploy AppSite to Hosting

Leave blank for auto-detect. CRM targets use crm-appsite; non-CRM targets use main-appsite.

Hostnames

Set in the General tab. Each hostname will be registered as a custom domain on the hosting site. CNAME records are auto-added in Cloud DNS for all domains managed in your Cloud DNS project.

Clones AppSite to the hosting site and wires up custom domains.

DNS Records

Push MX records to Cloud DNS for all tenant domains.

Click the DNS tab while editing a tenant to view domain records.
